CSeed

A local-only Windows application that de-identifies clinical documents — DOCX, PDF (with OCR), TXT, CSV, HL7, and FHIR — and seeds realistic synthetic data in their place, with consistent fake identities across a batch and an encrypted crosswalk. Nothing ever leaves the user's machine.

About

Founder-led, senior on every engagement

AugustInnovations was founded in 2022 by Taylor Augustin, a Clinical Application Specialist II whose career runs from the operating room, as a Certified Surgical Technologist, through Tier 3 clinical application support for hospital systems on Cerner and Epic, to building production software with generative AI. The firm is founder-led by design: the person who scopes your engagement is the person who delivers it, supported by a disclosed network of specialist subcontractors when a project calls for them.

We hold ourselves to the rules of the most regulated room we work in: signed authorization before testing, synthetic data wherever possible, encryption at rest, audit trails, and claims we can show our work for.
